Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has set up a website for online dispute resolution. The website serves as a point of contact for out-of-court resolution of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements. More information is available using the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in any dispute resolution proceedings at a consumer dispute resolution body.
